Located in Shilong Town, Dongguan—one of Guangdong Province's four historic towns—KeChun Electronics leverages its strategic geographical advantage to establish a comprehensive ODM one-stop service model within its modern 16,000-square-meter production base, integrating product R&D, design, manufacturing, quality control, and after-sales support. Since its inception in 2007, the company has specialized in developing and producing control boards for beauty and haircare appliances, kitchen appliances, high-speed fans, automotive electronic controls, and sports rehabilitation equipment, earning accolades such as High-Tech Enterprise, Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Enterprise, and Little Giant Enterprise. With a seasoned R&D team of over 20 professionals—including founding core members with more than two decades of experience in software development, hardware design, and safety certification—the company possesses deep expertise in product fundamentals, enabling rapid development of high-performance home appliance control boards tailored to client-specific functional requirements.

The company has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management system certifications and has established its own EMI and EMC laboratories, which include radiation testing laboratories, conduction testing laboratories, lightning strike testing laboratories, and environmental monitoring laboratories. These facilities are equipped with specialized testing instruments such as rapid pulse cluster testers, RoHS testers, ESD testers, as well as self-developed automatic test platforms and functional test racks. Over the years, the company has been awarded dozens of invention and utility model patents and has been designated as the Dongguan Engineering Technology Research Center for Smart Controllers of Small Home Appliances.

The company operates 12 SMT high-precision Panasonic & Yamaha surface-mount assembly lines equipped with transfer machines, achieving manufacturing specifications comparable to those of high-end drones. It also possesses 8 DIP production lines featuring advanced equipment such as AI-powered fully automated forming machines, automatic soldering machines, laser board separation machines, and selective wave soldering systems, with process capabilities meeting the requirements for high-power energy storage power supplies. The company employs intelligent data management systems including the Dingjie ERP data management system, MES material traceability system, and SRM supplier management system, and boasts an annual production capacity of 30 million units, enabling precise assembly of various PCB surface components.
